Onajite was called to the Nigerian bar in 2015. Since her call to the bar she has handled a huge number of litigation matters, representing individuals and cooperate entities in lower and superior courts of law.

In addition to her advocacy skills, she has a sound understanding of business registration and intellectual property law as well as telecommunication and real estate. Onajite has over 5 years’ experience in intellectual property practice in Nigeria.

She has represented both local and foreign clients at the Nigerian Trademarks, Patents and Designs Registry with regards to registrations as well as opposition hearings.

Onajite is an expert in business registration and obtaining license /approvals. She has assisted several local and foreign entities to navigate through this space with ease.

She is experienced in property acquisition, sale and perfection of titles. Also, she has exceptional skills in preparing wills and handling other probate matters.  She is very articulate and has a creative way of resolving legal issues.
